I hope this blog will become a discussion area for anyone who has questions, ideas, or anything they would like to share about cake decorating and how it can be made easier. I know being a beginner, many times in trying to do someting on a cake, there is always an easier way. I welcome suggestions!
I've always had an interest in baking. Took Wilton classes about six years ago, am now Wilton-certified, and have been playing around with decorating ever since. I just do cakes mainly for friends and folks at work.
