Sheila's Wedding and Catering

Well since I began this little venture, I've said I was not going to do weddings. I just couldn't manage that big a task and work. Well my friend Sheila asked me back a few months ago if I would consider catering her wedding and making her cake. She said it was going to be a small wedding, only about 30 people, and she really liked the food I had brought to past parties. I've been debating for a while about catering so I thought this would be a good opportunity to get my feet wet on a small event and see if it was something I could do.
